Cherry Infused vodka

This is going to be the easiest vodka infusion recipe.

The farm has several cherry trees growing and even though they are young they produce a nice number of cherries. Our daughter, Chelsea, decided to try this wonderful infusion and of course it was delicious!

We managed to get to them this year before the birds did and we made some cherry vodka.

All you need for this recipe is a small carton of cherries that have been pitted and a half decent vodka.  Fill your glass bottle or jar half way with the pitted cherries (i also cut them in half) and then pour the vodka in to the top and seal. I rotated the bottle once a week for about a month and that seemed to do the trick.
