Pancake Tuesday- Buttermilk Pancakes With Homemade Greenwood Farms On The Ridge Whipped Honey Butter

I love pancakes. Whether they come from a box or are homemade I am a happy duck. In honour of Pancake Tuesday or Shrove, Tuesday Iv spiced it up with a little homemade whipped honey butter.

All you need for the honey butter is 1.2 cup of butter and 1/4 cup of honey (preferably greenwood farms honey or at least another local farm). You can mix it in a bowl or if the butter is still super cold, cube it and toss it in a food processor. Enjoy.
