Farm First: Blue Eggs!

Today was a very special day. Today we got our very first blue eggs. Are they not beautiful? 

These blue eggs were played by the Black Ameraucana chicken we got this year. Theres very few chickens that lay blue eggs so we consider ourselves very lucky that we have one.

The Ameraucana is an american breed of chicken that derives from the Araucana chickens that come from Chile.
